How do I find what I'm looking for?

By Keyword
If you know the product you’re looking for simply type a keyword word relating to the product in the search box at the top left corner of the page and then click GO. All the results related to your keyword will then be displayed on the page for you to browse.

By Quicklink
If you know the Quicklink (our unique product code) just enter it in the search box and click Go. This will take you straight to the product’s page.

By Department
If you don’t have a particular product in mind you can use our department selector down the left hand side of the page to take you straight to the right department. Once there you can sort the results by popularity, price, manufacturer or even alphabetically using the sort tool at the top right of the page.

By Brand
If you’re looking for something by a particular manufacture you can search for products using the Shop by brand tool above the department list on right of the page. All the products we sell by that manufacture will then be displayed on the page for you to browse.


How do I know my item is in stock?

Unlike many other websites, we will only say something is in stock if we actually have it in our warehouse so you can be confident when placing your order. Read more...

When you’ve decided on the product you’re interested in (and chosen an option i.e. size, colour, etc where appropriate) the availability status of the product is displayed under the [Add item to My Basket] button. This is the estimated time until the goods are despatch to you. Please bear in mind that we will only ship your order when all items are in stock. If you’d rather not wait while some of the items come in to stock we advise that you place a separate order for these so that the rest of your order can be despatched.

In stock and ready to go
Means the product is in stock in our warehouse and can be despatched to you normally within one working day.

Due in ‘X’ days / Due in 'month'
Means that the product is not currently in stock and will be ‘X’ days until it comes in if you place your order today. The number of days is based on the day of the week we order from that supplier and the length of time that they estimate to deliver it to us.

The number of due days when you place your order is the number of days you can expect to wait until your order comes into stock. You may notice this number goes down and then jumps back up if you return to the product page over a number of days. This is the due days for new orders and does not affect your order.

Due soon
Means that we are expecting more stock soon but unfortunately the supplier is unable to give us a date for delivery. Where we are able to estimate a delivery date, you can order the item by adding it to your basket but you will have to wait for the item to come into stock before we can despatch it. As per our usual policy you will not be billed until the goods are despatched (with the exception of PayPal orders) and you can cancel the item at anytime up until it is picked for despatch.

Where we do not know when stock will arrive, you will be able to request a notification by email. As soon as the item comes into stock we will email and let you know, that way you can avoid being disappointed by it selling out.

Sold out
Means we have no more of that product remaining and we do not expect to be able to secure future supplies. In this case you should select an alternative product.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are the perfect answer if you're stuck for gift ideas for that tricky to buy for friend or loved one. You can purchase Gift Vouchers in £5, £10, £25, £50, £100, or £250 denominations or combinations thereof. We can either post the vouchers to your billing address or email them to a nominated email address along with a personal message for the recipient. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase after which time they will expire.

From time to time we run discount and free delivery promotions for our customers who have signed up to receive our promotional email newsletters. These emails contain a promotional code to use in much the same way as Gift Vouchers. If you would like to register for our newsletter simply enter your email address in the email signup box on the right

Using Gift Vouchers or Promotional Codes
To redeem a Gift Voucher or Promotional Code simply enter the code in the voucher code box when your viewing your shopping basket. Remember to click the [Apply Voucher] button to apply the voucher to your order. If you have multiple Gift Vouchers simply repeat the process until you have applied them all then proceed with checking out.

Adding items to your basket
Once you have decided on the item you’d like to order simply click on the [Add item to my basket] button on the right of the product page. You can remove items from your basket at any time until you submit your order. Where a product has a variety of sizes, colours or technical options remember to select your option from the Options List to the right of the product before adding it to your basket.

If you would like more than one of the items you have added to you basket, you can change the quantity by changing the number next to the item in your basket and clicking update. You can continue shopping by clicking on the [Continue Shopping] button.

Checking out
When you have finished shopping the next step is to tell us where you would like to have your order delivered and how you would like to pay for it. Simply click on the [Checkout Now] button in your shopping basket to be taken to our Secure Checkout. Here you can choose whether to login as an existing customer or continue as a new customer. If you have a PayPal account and would like to use it to pay you can login to it on this page too.

Your contact and delivery information
Make sure that you complete all of your contact and delivery information accurately so that we can keep in touch about your order and deliver it to the right place. The billing address needs to be the address that your card is registered to. If you’re a UK customer and would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address, tick the box when prompted and enter your delivery address.

Delivery Options
On the page you can see the delivery options available to you along with their costs. Simply select the delivery method you would like and your basket will recalculate your new total including your new delivery method. To learn more about the delivery options click here.

Payment Details
Either select a saved credit/debit card or add your new credit/debit card details and tick the box at the bottom of the page to confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

When you’re happy that your card details are all correct simply click on the [Submit My Order] button. From here you’ll be taken to HSBC’s website to verify your card using MasterCode or Verify by VISA before being returned to us to complete your order. Order Confirmation
Once you see the confirmation page along with your unique order number you can be confident that your order has been successfully submitted. Provided that you supplied us with an email address we’ll keep you updated about the progress of your order and let you know as soon as we’ve despatched it so you know when to expect it. All you need to do now is sit back and wait for us to deliver your order.

Can I change my order?

Technically no, you can't change your order. However it's no issue, we can cancel it and replace it for you before despatch. Read more...

To make our system as secure as possible we don't allow order amendments, so you know that what you've ordered is exactly what you'll get. However if you're an account customer you can cancel your order until it's been despatched and replace it online. If you aren't an account customer you can contact customer services and they can change your order for you.

PayPal is only available online and not via telephone orders (as it requires logging into your PayPal account to complete the transaction).

If you use eCheques via PayPal then your order cannot be processed and will be held by us (as will all the goods you have ordered) until the funds have been cleared.  Please be aware that it can take up to two weeks for your bank to release your funds via PayPal to us.

If you are an international customer then in order for us to process your order your PayPal account must be verified and your billing address must be registered.  Please confirm your PayPal account is verified and your address registered prior to making a purchase on this website.  You can do this by logging into your account and configuring your bank details to verify your account.

Do prices include VAT?

By default, our websites display prices including VAT. If you have logged in and you have specified a delivery address that qualifies for VAT exemption (such as BFPO or outside EU) then prices will be displayed excluding VAT.

Do you offer VAT free orders for BFPO / FCO addresses?

We do offer VAT free shopping for customers in these locations. Just register with us with your country as BFPO and put the BFPO/FCO address in the postcode field. Once logged in to your account, prices will be displayed exempt of VAT.

Do you offer warranty on goods inside the EU?

As authorised dealers The Simply Group offers customers the finest warranty service available. Customers within the EU are able to have any product which they purchased from us, repaired locally to them by another authorized dealer since all products carry at least a one year's manufacturers warranty. Alternatively any goods purchased from us can be returned to us for warranty work within the term of the manufacturers warranty.

Do you offer warranty on goods outside the EU?

For customers outside the EU, The Simply Group offer the same peace of mind as buying from a local store. Most responsible manufacturers with dealers in your home country will be happy to warrant any defective item locally to you to avoid any inconvenience. Should this not be the case, the item should be returned to us. Unfortunately however, we cannot refund any return carriage costs.
